Berry Blast Smoothie

Enjoy this berrylicious, protein-packed smoothie that is perfect for breakfast or for your post workout snack.
- Bananas, 2 (frozen)
- Berries, 1-2 cups (frozen, a mix of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
- Filtered Water, 1-2 cups
- Hemp Seeds, 2 tbsp (you can also use chia or flax seeds)
- Plant Protein, 1-2 scoops (optional)
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in a jar and sip with your Bamboo Straws! Enjoy!
