Lemon Cheesecake Bowls

This smoothie is perfect to have any time of the day, it's sweet, tangy and delicious - the perfect cheesecake substitute whenever a craving hits! Top with your favourite cheesecake toppings or keep it plain to enjoy it's flavour even more.
- Pineapple, 2 cups (frozen)
- Bananas, 2 (frozen)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream, 3/4 cup
- Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with granola, coconut yogurt, blueberries and cashews.
- Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowls and enjoy!
