Chocolate Pumpkin Breakfast Mousse Pots

Dessert for two, please! This is an easy recipe to try especially of you want to take a break from smoothies. Trifles are delicious, sweet and a textural delight. Munch on your favourite crunchy granola with this pumpkin and chocolate concoction.
- Pumpkin Puree, 160 g
- Banana, 1 (ripe)
- Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
- Medjool Dates, 2-4 pcs
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Plant Yogurt, 200 g (leave a few tbsp for the topping)
- fresh fruit, for topping
- granola, for topping
- Place all your ingredients except for the toppings in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into two glass jars or pots and layer in your granola and yogurt.
- Top with your choice of fresh fruits, granola and yogurt and serve with our Wooden Buddha Spoons.
