Iced Matcha Latte

People are doing the switch. Matcha has a lot of benefits for the body including the huge amount of antioxidants and the longer-lasting buzz it provides because of the slow release of caffeine. No more jitters, nervousness and caffeine spikes!

- Plant Milk, 1 1/2 cups
- Matcha, 1 tsp (add more to taste up to 1 tbsp)
- Ice Cubes, 5 pcs.
- Stir together the plant milk and matcha until smooth. To avoid having lumps of matcha powder, use a wire whisk or a milk frother.
- Transfer to a jar and drink with our Bamboo Straws. Enjoy!
