Peppermint Bliss Protein Balls

This Peppermint Protein Bliss Balls will sure be a family favorite. They are great as a post workout snack too.
- Dates, 1 1/2 cup (soaked, plus 1/4 cup of the soaking water)
- Cashews, 1/4 cup
- Oat Flour, 3/4 cup
- Coconut Flour, 1/2 cup
- Protein Powder, 1/2 scoop (mint flavor recommended but optional)
- Peppermint extract, to taste
- Maca Powder, 1 tsp
- Vanilla, a dash
- Salt, a pinch
- Blend the dates and water first, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to combine.
- Shape into balls and dust with hemp hearts and cocoa powder.
